*Your seats are automatically assigned and seat assignments can be found on your ticket once purchased. Tickets rates do not include a 5% Convention Center Fee & may be purchased at our ticket booths, online or over the phone. Tickets booked online are subject to a $2 per ticket convenience fee and tickets booked over the phone are subject to a $3.50 per ticket convenience fee.
Wheelchairs/Scooters – Wheelchair accessible DUCKS are available from our Prudential Center & Museum of Science departure locations. If anyone in your party has mobility issues, contact us at 617-450-0068 to ensure we have our wheelchair lift available for your party. We must know in advance if a guest can transfer out of their chair or if they must stay in it to allocate the correct amount of seats.
Tours from the Museum of Science and Prudential Center depart every hour or half hour and tours from the New England Aquarium leave every 20 minutes from 9am until an hour before sunset
Parking Information: Museum of Science, Prudential Center, New England Aquarium * We are required by the United States Coast Guard to count every guest on board whether it’s a 10 year old child or a 10 day old baby. Although the infant would be on a lap, we are unable to sell the seat that the infant would be purchasing because our total number of guests on board can’t go over our approved limit.
Foreign Language Tours – We now offer foreign language tours daily from our Prudential Center and Museum of Science locations. These tours utilize cutting edge GPS technology to offer tours in Spanish, German, French, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian dialect), Cantonese and Korean, at no additional cost to you. To purchase tickets on one of these tours, look for the tours marked in Blue from the Prudential Center& Museum of Science departure locations.
Audio and video recording is in use on all of our vehicles to ensure a high quality experience for all of our guests.
