You cannot use the back button of your browser when ordering tickets.
Doing so may cause inaccurate information on your confirmation and/or
your credit card. If you use your back button, we cannot guarantee your
ticket reservation! If you need to make a change or have made an error,
you must click Cancel Order and start the process again.
Instructions for Internet Ticket Purchases
You may print this page to assist in processing your order. Since we only
accept advance reservations for 20 or more, we offer internet ticket sales
up to 30 days in advance for our retail guests. Please note that internet
tickets are subject to a $3.50 per ticket convenience charge. Tickets purchased
at our ticket booths do not have a convenience charge.
1. Choose and click on the location from which you would like to depart.
2. Choose and click on the date you would like to take a tour.
3. Choose and click on the time you would like to take a tour.
4. Enter amount of tickets by fare class, if you would like to visit the
Museum of Science or the SkyWalk Observatory, please check the corresponding
check box. Click the Submit button.
Once you have clicked the Submit button you cannot go back. You must click
on Cancel Order to make changes. Any changes made by using the back button
of your browser will not be recognized by the system even though they
appear on the screen. Doing this will result in an incomplete reservation
with no tickets reserved!
5. Read agreement and click the Agree button.
6. Enter all information for billing purposes. Please be sure to enter
your email address correctly, as you will be receiving an email confirmation
of your purchase. Do not include spaces or dashes when entering your credit
card number (example 3782486244450001).
7. Click the Purchase button and be patient, processing of your credit
card may take a few minutes.
8. Print the Confirmation that appears on the screen. This is your ticket!
Additionally, our system sends an email confirmation, which you may print
and use as your ticket. In the event you cannot print either the confirmation
from the screen or your email, you may call (617)-450-0068 for confirmation
of your purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Online Ticket
Purchases
Q. How do I choose a departure location?
A. Click on the appropriate box on the "Purchase Tickets Online"
page.
Q. Can I use tickets for the Prudential Center location at the Museum
of Science and vice-versa?
A. No. Tickets are purchased for a specific date, time and location.
Q. What if I want to change the child ticket for an adult ticket?
A. You must cancel your order and start again.
Q. What if I want to change the time of the tour?
A. You must cancel your order and start again.
Q. I clicked on the purchase button and it came back and said there was
an error with my order, what do I do now?
A. You only have 5 minutes to fill out the form. If you receive a message
that you have made an error, it is best that you cancel your order and
start again.
Q. I don't think my order processed correctly, how do I find out if my
seats are reserved?
A. If you think something went wrong with your purchase, call (617)-450-0068
to confirm your reservation.
Q. I tried to print my confirmation but couldn't, how do I print my ticket?
A. If you are unable to print the Confirmation on the computer screen,
please check your email. Our system sends an email confirmation, which
you may print and use as your ticket.
Q. When I purchase tickets online, do I get reserved seats?
A. Tickets purchased online guarantee you seats on the day and time you
booked. It does not reserve you specific seats on that Duck. Boarding
and seating are first come, first served. We suggest you arrive at our
departure location 30 minutes before tour time, and boarding normally
begins 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.
Q. Are there any refunds?
A. All tickets are sold based on availability for specific departure time
and location, are non-refundable and may not be exchanged. If Mother Nature
precludes us from offering the water portion of our tour, half the ticket
price will be refunded upon request.
Q. If internet tickets are sold out for a particular day, does that mean
you're completely sold out for that day?
A. No. We release only a portion of our tickets on the internet for advance
sales. Same day tickets are always available for sale at our ticket booths
(which open at 8:30am).
Important Please Read
You may not receive an email confirmation of your tickets if the ISP (Internet
Service Provider) you use is filtering your email or you have SPAM filtering
software installed on your computer. We are sorry for the inconvenience
and are working to correct this problem.
