Happy 10th Birthday Boston Duck Tours!
Wish Boston Duck Tours a Happy Birthday when you buy your tickets and pay only $10 to ride

BOSTON: Boston Duck Tours will celebrate our 10th Birthday October 26, 2004. Guests who say “Happy Birthday Boston Duck Tours!” when they buy their ticket will pay only $10, over 50% off the regular adult ticket price.

“What began as a four-Duck, 15-employee business on October 4, 1994, has grown to a 23-Duck, 125-employee powerhouse in the Boston tourism market. Since 1994, these amphibious land and water vehicles known as DUCKs have carried more than 3 million visitors around the city of Boston. “This is a great way for us to thank everyone for the tremendous support we received over the past decade,” said Cindy Brown, General Manager.

Boston Duck Tours average one hour and twenty minutes in length. Tours depart from the Museum of Science and the Prudential Center beginning at 9:00am and the last tour leaves an hour before sunset. Tours depart every 30 or 60 minutes, depending upon the season. Special $10 tickets may be purchased at the Prudential Center, the Museum of Science or Faneuil Hall.

Veterans and Active Military Ride Free: Over the past ten years, the 23 amphibious vehicles of Boston Duck Tours - the same ones that carried troops and equipment in both the European and Pacific theater - have transported over three and a half million people on the city's most unique, educational, and fun tour. In recognition of all the veterans who served our country, Boston Duck Tours is, for the sixth year in a row, offering free rides to all war-and-peacetime veterans and active military during the week of Veterans Day, November 8 through 12.

"All a guest has to do is show some proof of service," says Boston Duck Tours General Manager, Cindy Brown. "That proof can be your military ID, discharge papers, a membership card in a veteran's organization, medals, ribbons, we'll even accept signed or oral statements from a former superior officer. Our goal is to make military and veterans from every service feel welcomed and, in our own way, to say thanks to them for their sacrifices."
