This year, experience Boston Duck Tours newest package, “Baseball in Boston.” After riding aboard one of our World Champion Victory Parade vehicles, visit the Museum of Science’s newest exhibit “Baseball as America.” The exhibit features artifacts dating back to the game’s origins more than 150 years ago including: the “Green Light” letter, written by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to baseball commissioner Kenesaw Landis, the T206 Honus Wagner card of 1909, the first baseball pitched by Cy Young in the first World Series, and a Ted Williams-brand fishing tackle bobber, manufactured by Sears & Roebuck, c. 1963. In addition to seeing hundreds of original, historical baseball photos, letters, and objects up-close, visitors to the exhibit in Boston can also explore innovations behind the game today and how it’s changed through the years—from advancements in batting equipment to new technology used to call pitches.

After visiting the Museum’s exhibits, enjoy lunch at the museum and then head over to Fenway Park, the oldest park in Major League Baseball. See where the Babe pitched, the Kid hit, Yaz dazzled, and Manny and Ortiz still thrill young fans today. Soak up the rich history; hear the echoes of the past. Touch the Green Monster, take in the view from the Press Box, walk along the warning track, visit the new Red Sox Hall of Fame presented by Volvo, and take a seat in EMC Club before strolling around the rest of Fenway Park.
