Fleming's Prime Salad - a blend of seasonal greens with lemon vinaigrette dressing. Choice of Entree: Petite Filet Mignon served with choice of béarnaise or peppercorn sauce. Marinated Breast of Chicken baked in white wine, mushroom, shallot and thyme sauce. All entrees served with mashed Potatoes and creamed Spinach.
