Captain Foghorn belonged to an elite branch of the military... The
US Navy Cavalry! This military unit had much promise
but suffered from a terrible and unfortunate experiment.
The experiment involved armor plating the horses used
by the US Navy Cavalry, which affected the buoyancy of
the horses. This is why Captain Foghorn has been transferred
to Boston Duck Tours! |
