Prior to working at Boston Duck Tours, the Great Garabaldi
was a professional magician for eight years. After mastering
the art of magic, he decided to become an escape artist.
Studying the late Harry Houdini, the Great Garabaldi discovered
that Houdini jumped off the Harvard Bridge in 1908, so
the Great Garabaldi decided to do a re-enactment of that
jump. Blind folded, hand cuffed, he jumped headfirst into
the Charles River and landed headfirst on top of a Boston
Duck Tour, which knocked him out. The accident ended his
magic career, but Boston Duck Tours was so nice they offered
him a job as a ConDUCKtor. Although his memory has yet
to return, driving a Duck in the intimate city of Boston
is very rewarding. |
