Warrant Officer William (WOW) is a passed over professional
in the Charles River Naval Patrol. Almost an officer and
a gentleman, WOW is a dedicated public servant. The River
Patrol is an old and honorable organization dedicated
to maintaining peace and tranquility on the Charles River.
As a member of this fine organization, WOW has always
known the difference between RIGHT and WRONG, but on occasion
has had some trouble with LEFT and RIGHT, PORT and STARBOARD.
This difficulty has affected WOW's whole career. WOW supplements
his income by doing some important work for Boston Duck
Tours. |
