from DUCKatraz. Convicted in 2002 of absconding with a
touring vehicle and ducknapping passengers. Also wanted
for questioning in hundreds of perfectly executed break-ins
and robberies. As a safe cracker, he has been able to
elude capture without leaving any evidence and by hotwiring
vehicles and passing himself off as a ConDUCKtor. If seen,
